I don't have the feeling that it's the decision of Tsunku: Saki wrote her comment well before Tsunku's announcement, so I feel that he just approved the idea and made it official. And Saki don't seems to be in the mood to graduate, or looking for tranquility, she clearly says that she wants to work harder for BK, that she needs the help of Miyabi, and talks about the future... I have the feeling that the surprising move comes from Captain!

About user toolbar:
Another thing: I've now installed a plugin which disables the WP global toolbar on this blogs public pages when user is logged in. Toolbar should still be there on users profile page. Hope this works fine.
