Miyabi’s last blog entry (2013/05/14) is entitled “Buono!”… I had so much expectations when I saw it, but she’s “only” talking about their radio show… The last sentence is: “for further information (about Buono!) check the website!”. Thank you very much Miyabi, there’s nothing to read there..

I don’t have the feeling that it’s the decision of Tsunku: Saki wrote her comment well before Tsunku’s announcement, so I feel that he just approved the idea and made it official. And Saki don’t seems to be in the mood to graduate, or looking for tranquility, she clearly says that she wants to work harder for BK, that she needs the help of Miyabi, and talks about the future… I have the feeling that the surprising move comes from Captain!

Having looked through all Risako's blog photos and as a photographer, I honestly can't see that her pictures are different from any other random instagrammer. The "dreamy style" you reference is just a simple -10 or -20 Saturation. Also the focus is terrible, but if she's using a phone to take them then that's understandable. There's a girl in AKB who has a real camera and real photographic knowledge, called Takeuchi Miyu. Her G+ has some good examples of her work, mostly landscapes. Her self-portraits do suck as well though.
