When was the last time I posted pictures of Rii here? After Chii celebrations it’s time to get back to Rii sweetness! Again close-ups which saved my weekend.
Gokujo!! Mecha Mote Iincho is Japanese TV anime based on Tomoko Nishimura’s high school manga. Rii is now a voice actor in this series and this clip has something to do with it. This look’s like a CM advertising shades but what ever it is the main thing is that we have Rii in it. Ever said I love that face?! Ever said that I love that voice!?

December is the month when movie adaptation of Toru Honda’s and Kasumu Kirino’s “Light Novel no Tanoshii Kakikata” light novel serie comes in theaters in Japan. What makes this premiere interesting from our point of view is that Maasa has a leading role in this director Kenichi Omori’s movie.
The story centers on Yakumo Atae, a first-year boy student who knows the hidden secret of his fearsome classmate Tsurugi Yabusame. Maasa’s movie character Tsurugi is school’s strongest girl and she is also a budding light novel author. Movie’s cast you can find here.
Maasa’s comment on movie premier:

Berryz Kobo’s 23rd single “Honki Bomber!!” comes out on July 14. It’s again an anime game song from BK. It will be the ending theme for the “Inazuma Eleven 3 World Challenge!! Bomber” version of the game.
Short Honki Bomber!! audio preview sounds promising:

As you know, Chii’s 18th Birthday was yesterday, on Saturday 22nd May. Also Berryz Kobo’s Concert Tour Shoka 2010 ~Umi no ie Otakebi House~ landed to Aichi on the very same day. Berries gave 2 concerts in Aichi and although I’ve not yet read any reviews on those concerts I’m sure audience in both concerts cheered and sung a Happy Birthday song to her.

As always, there was party time also at back stage where Chii got her Birthday cake. So many times Berryz Kobo girls are “on the road” as they are celebrating their B-days. Maasa, by the way, is still 17 and Momo already is 18.

Otakebi Boy WAO! Event V DVD is a treasure for all of us who love to watch close-ups. I mean these solo versions get really close to girls’ faces. So close that you almost jump backwards if you are watching this DVD on your widescreen TV.
It’s so easy to fall in love when you look at Chii’s face.
