Many of you have surely noticed, as you have been watching this new “Loving you Too much” video, that girls have used quite heavy blusher. It’s just so obvious thing to not be recognized.
Anyway. this is my theory why the blusher is used so hardcore way.
Berries are singing that they are “Loving you Too much”. Right!? So this loving thing has gone over the normal loving state. Still following me? So we can assume that “over the normal” is “abnormal” and because of that we can say that it’s some kind of lower level disease. Still with me?
Now take a closer look at Saki’s shirt which has word “RASH”. With that word Saki is underlining and assuring my theory because a rash is a change of the skin which affects its color, appearance or texture. Rash could be a serious disease but usually people have it only short time when it’s a allergic reaction.
So my conclusion is that our girls on this video have harmless “loving too much” rash on their cheeks.
Hah haz, wasn’t that easy?

I think it’s a deliberate design choice. Back in the days of film, you had to carefully alter lighting and exposure at the time of the shoot, but nowadays you can just use digital image post-processing to get that intense color saturation. (Those shoes! My eyes!!!)
Compare the outdoor shots, which look relatively washed-out. The members are actually wearing a normal amount of blush — the imaging is merely exaggerating everything. Like ya do when ya luv someone too much.
(There may also be just a bit of blacklight fill used on the dance shot. Maybe.)
I decided I like it; it’s different and funky and all the members are still gorgeous.
Wish list for future videos:
1. More Captain rapping and channelling a bit of her inner burriko.
2. More Miya wearing blood-red lipstick. Please.
