Every time when Berryz Kobo releases new single they set up special event(s) for those lucky people who have won a ticket to the event in lottery. Random numbered lottery tickets come with first press singles and if you live in Japan you can check with your mobile phone if your ticket is the winning one.
As I’m not 100% sure I’m only guessing that these Event V DVDs can be purchased only in those special events. The fact is that these DVDs are not sold in normal record stores.
